Our Mom Gretl had a spirit that never quit!
The 2009 Komen Aspen Race for the CureŽ raises much-needed funds to provide affordable and readily available breast health education and screening to women and men in the Aspen Affiliate service area. Please support me as I participate in this wonderful event!
Your generous gift will provide:
$25 - educational materials to a Spanish-speaking new mother
$50 - one clinical breast exam and education on monthly breast self exams
$100 - funding for a low-cost yearly mammogram
$200 - funding for a low-cost ultrasound
$500 - funding for a basic diagnostic biopsy
In 2009 the Komen Aspen Affiliate will distribute almost $400K to local agencies! With your generous donation, we can make this year's event even more successful! Any help you can offer, whatever the amount, is greatly appreciated and truly will save lives!
